Easy and good framework for leadership
I was reading S+B and came across this article (originally published in trainingmag.com. I found it a useful and easy framework for leaders who want to develop their teams and improve results. I especially like that one of the focal areas in the model is the work environment. In this model the work environment extends all the way to the connections between the leaders and team members/stakeholders. In my experience, this focal area is important and often a blind spot to leaders, who are either blind to its importance or blind to how to achieve it.
