Ways to develop and change…

Very good interview about how to develop oneself.  I especially like many of techniques discussed by Ms. Ibarra (and use them frequently in my coaching engagements).  One pet-peeve, I’m not so sure I like the use of “authenticity” in this context.  Some people feel very “inauthentic” when trying to change.  Perhaps “being who you are and working on who you want to be” (while not as pithy) would be less confusing.
